-Microsoft Windows operating system
-Google Docs for Calendar/Inventory and Contacts
-File documents and maintain files (both online and hard copy)
-Light phone duties
-Ability to prioritize and work independently is mandatory
-Occasional errands, must have car (expenses reimbursed)
-Proficient English skills, written and spoken
-Payroll entries for 20 employees, using ADP
-Office attire to be business casual
-Maintain a clean and organized office
-Internet research, ordering and purchasing
-Must have a cheerful, positive demeanor and a "can-do" attitude
-Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug test
-Additional duties as assigned
Full time or part time, min. 30 hours
Pleasant environment, and a great staff to work with.
Hours are negotiable but once set, punctuality is compulsory.
Rate from $14 to $16 per hour depending on skill level.
